Welcome to our website. We are a couple of owners who offer flat or flatshare in Rouen and its suburbs.
All our properties are refurbished and decorated with elegance and taste so that you feel at home. They are all close to all amenities, school, transport, supermarkets, etc…

Our rates include all charges (water, electricity, heating, Internet, etc.) You have nothing to pay extra.
Our apartments are eligible for APL and CAF’s aid.
Our cities
Our apartments are located mainly near major schools, and next to public transport to help you move easily in the city and between different neighborhoods.
In addition, the fact that our accommodations are all renovated, decorated and furnished with style, they are also fully equipped (from the kitchen to the bedrooms through the living/dining room).
As you go directly through the owners, you will not have any agency fees or costs. Our prices are transparent and without additional costs.
You have understood it, all you have to do is put down your luggages. No chit chat =)
